Relevant Experience:
Prior to joining the iCollege, Ken Rogers worked as the Department of State’s Chief Technology Strategist, and Director of IT Strategy, Architecture, Portfolio Management and IRM Financial Management with direct budgetary responsibility of approximately $720M and Department-wide performance oversight of a $1.5B global IT portfolio.  Ken’s public sector career includes serving as the Chief Information Officer at the DHS Science & Technology Directorate, the R&D arm of the Homeland Security, as the Chief Enterprise Architect US Department of Commerce, Bureau of Economic Analysis, and as the Chief eCommerce Strategist at the U.S. Export Import Bank.  Ken’s private sector career includes corporate financial, government relations, and technology management in the aerospace and commercial electronics industry.  Ken also worked as an international management consultant providing international trade, development, and e-business services to government agencies and organizations in the US and throughout Asia, Central & Eastern Europe, Africa and Latin America.
