Ricardo Aguilera of iCollege's CFO Academy to be Nominated by President Obama

The National Defense University wishes to extend a warm congratulations to NDU Information Resources Management College (iCollege) Professor Ricardo Aguilera, who will soon be nominated by President Obama for the post of Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Financial Management, Department of Defense.  Ricardo is a Professor of Practice within the iCollege's Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Academy, a position he has held since 2010.  Mr. Aguilera previously served in the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (Comptroller) as Special Assistant to the Deputy Comptroller for Program and Budget from 2008 to 2010, and as Associate Director of Contingencies and International Affairs from 2006 to 2008.  From 1998 to 2006, Mr. Aguilera served as Deputy Branch Chief at the Office of Management and Budget, and from 1991 to 1998, he served as a Senior Evaluator at the Government Accountability Office.  Mr. Aguilera received a B.A. from New York University and an M.A. from George Washington University.  Ricardo's iCollege colleagues are very proud of his accomplishments, and everyone at NDU looks forward to following his continued successful government career.  Read the White House press release here: https://www.whitehouse.gov/the-press-office/2015/09/18/president-obama-announces-more-key-administration-posts
