Lt Col Gregory Clay serves as military faculty and as the Joint Awareness and doctrine Chair at the National Defense University’s College of Information and Cyberspace   Previously, Lt Col Clay served as the Director, USAF Armaments Cooperation Liaison Office in Canberra, Australia and has had assignments spanning acquisitions, technology development, Information Operations, technical intelligence, foreign military sales and security assistance. Lt Col Clay earned a B.S. in Marine Engineering from the United States Merchant Marine Academy and an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.  He is also Acquisition Professional Development Program level III certified in Program Management, Engineering and as a Science and Technology Manager,
