Lt.Col Gregory Clay

Military Faculty

Lt Col Gregory Clay serves as military faculty and as the Joint Awareness and doctrine Chair at the National Defense University’s College of Information and Cyberspace Previously, Lt Col Clay served as the Director, USAF Armaments Cooperation Liaison Office in Canberra, Australia and has had assignments spanning acquisitions, technology development, Information Operations, technical intelligence, security assistance, and satellite launch. Lt Col Clay earned a B.S. in Marine Engineering from the United States Merchant Marine Academy and an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix. He is Acquisition Professional Development Program level III certified in Program Management, Engineering and as a Science and Technology Manager. Additionally he has held a US Merchant Marine License as a 3rd Assistant Engineer for Steam, Motor and Turbine vessel (Unlimited).
