Kendra Ostrowski has served as an Academic Specialist in the Office of Student Services at the National Defense University (NDU) College of Information and Cyberspace (CIC) since January 2018. Areas of responsibility include student onboarding and in-processing, admissions, and account support services. She is further responsible for providing general student services support by addressing inquiries regarding student records, procedures, and policies made to the College.
Prior to joining the CIC Kendra worked as a Task Lead on a support services contract with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, and also as an Academic Specialist at the National Defense University iCollege. In addition, she has held several internships providing academic, research, and customer support services.
Kendra has a M.S. in Project and Program Management from Brandeis University as well as a B.A. from The George Washington University in International Relations.
