CAPT Frederick Pack IV

Captain Pack is a member of the military faculty at the College of Information and Cyberspace, National Defense University, Fort McNair, District of Columbia,

Captain Pack began his career by enlisting in the Air Force in 2002 and served as a Computer Systems Programmer. He was stationed at Maxwell AFB-Gunter Annex developing business systems and working in software security before being assigned to the White House Communications Agency in 2010. In 2013 Captain Pack attended Officer Training School and was commissioned as a Cyberspace Operations Officer. He has served in a variety of operational and staff assignments, including base communications, coalition partnership building, and the intelligence community. Prior to his current position, Captain Pack was the Chief of Cybersecurity for Air Force Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Systems at Headquarters Air Force. Captain Pack has been stationed at various locations and deployed three times during his career.

Captain Pack holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Troy University and a M.S. in Technology Management from the Florida Institute of Technology. He also holds a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification since 2015.
