Relevant Professional Experience:
Dr. McCully is responsible for curriculum development and delivery of the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and the Organization Transformation (OT) graduate certificate programs that educate strategic leaders to leverage the information component of national power to transform their organizations. Dr. McCully co-leads the iCollege international partners educational programs, to include CIO and OT programs in Romania, Bulgaria, Singapore and Iraq.
Dr. McCully served 28 years in the U.S. Air Force as a Long Range Strategy and Security Assistance Planner, Joint Staff, Pentagon; Deputy Chief, Command, Control and Reconnaissance Division, AF Center for Studies and Analyses, Pentagon; Threat Assessment and Evaluation Analyst, North American Air Defense Command, Colorado and Thailand; Professor and Associate Dean, Industrial College of the Armed Forces; and Assistant Professor of Mathematics, U.S. Air Force Academy. She is a graduate of Air War College, The Industrial College of the Armed Forces, and was a Harvard Senior Executive Fellow.
Dr. McCully presents and publishes widely on topics including eGovernment, online education, organizational leadership, and performance management. Recent presentations include: “Becoming a ‘Sense and Respond’ Academic and Government Organization,” “Learning on the Go: Can and Will Leaders Learn by Listening?” and “On-Line Education: A Means to Educate Information Age Leaders.”
