Qualifications
To qualify for this position, you must:
- Have an earned Master's degree in an appropriate discipline is preferred; however, the incumbent may hold a Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education in a field related to education, management, or administration.
- Have knowledge of accreditation policies and demonstrated experience working with procedures for graduate degree conferring institutions, specifically relating to student records and services.
- Have a demonstrated customer service or student service experience.
- Have records analysis and management skills, demonstrating experience in preparing and organizing statistical reports, managing data collection, distribution and maintenance.
- Have experience using Blackboard, Google Cloud, Academic Databases, Search Engines, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft word in conducting research of course materials.
Volunteer Experience: Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills, and can provide valuable training and experience that translates to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Background or Security Investigation: This is a Non-Critical Sensitive position which requires a background investigation. The individual selected for this position is required to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance to occupy a Non-Critical Sensitive position within the agency as a condition of employment.
