Dean McCully Selected as NextGov Bold Award Finalist

iCollege Leadership is proud to announce that Dean of Faculty and Academic Programs, Dr. Mary McCully, has been selected as one of 18 finalists for the NextGov 2015 Bold Awards from more than 100 nominations.  Dr. McCully was selected due to her outstanding leadership of the recently-developed iCollege Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) cyber-centric program.  Congratulations!!!

The awards -- now in their third year -- honor federal employees who’ve spearheaded the use of new technology, launched creative programs or otherwise taken risks to make the government run more more effectively.  The finalists hail from 15 different agencies. Also included are contenders for an award recognizing innovators in industry. This is the first time the Bold Awards has recognized individuals from the private sector.

Winners will be selected by the Nextgov editorial team and announced Sept. 9 at Nextgov Prime: Data, Cybersecurity and the Government of Tomorrow event in Washington, D.C.    Information provided for this news piece by Nextgov Staff.
