Jennnifer Mandula

Cyberspace Education Analyst

Ms. Jennifer Mandula is the Cyberspace Education Analyst at National Defense University's (NDU) College of Information and Cyberspace (CIC). As part of the college's Academic Affairs team, Jennifer works with CIC faculty to integrate new topics and active teaching methods into CIC courses, supports curriculum design, and develops and delivers relevant faculty professional development trainings. She also guest-lectures in CIC courses, including Information, Warfare, and Strategy; Organizational Dynamics and Culture for Strategic Leaders; and Research and Writing Seminar. 

Jennifer has a background in education research, consulting, and practice. Current areas of research include visual and rhetorical analysis of information campaigns and "fake news," digital literacy, managing the millennial workforce, digital text, and emerging education technologies. She holds a BA in English from Davidson College and an MSc in Education, Learning and Technology, from the University of Oxford.
