Colonel Ken Miller is the Department of the Air Force Chair for the College of Information and Cyberspace at the National Defense University.

Colonel Miller graduated from Penn State University and was commissioned in 1997. During his 25 years of service, he commanded the 461st Air Control Network Squadron and the Air Force Spectrum Management Office and his staff assignments include Headquarters Air Force Staff, the NATO Communications and Information Agency, United States Central Command, and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. Colonel Miller also served at the Air Force Officer Training School where he was an instructor, course director, student squadron commander, and director of operations.

Colonel Miller earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Policy and Administration from Penn State University, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, and a Master of Military Operational Art and Science from the Air Force’s Air University.
