Dr. Christine Saba is the Institutional Research Associate for CIC's Office of Institutional Research and values using both quantitative and qualitative data to improve student learning. Dr. Saba's dissertation for her doctorate in education focused on curriculum change during the first year of implementation. As a U.S. military spouse, married to COL Bill Saba, Christine has lived abroad and gained a variety of work experiences in instructional design, teaching at international schools, and advising graduate-level research. In previous government service, Christine served as an Office Management Specialist at U.S. Embassy Tel Aviv with the U.S. State Department Foreign Service and taught at Ankara Elementary High School under the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA).
