Professional Experience
Mr. Bagrosky currently serves as the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Chair and Visiting Professor at the National Defense University (NDU). With over 25 years of experience in national security, Mr. Bagrosky has a diverse and distinguished career.
He began his service as a Naval Surface Warfare Officer, where he spent five years in various roles and participated in multiple deployments across the Pacific, Asia, and the Persian Gulf. His commitment to international service extends beyond the military, having volunteered with the Peace Corps in Paraguay and studied abroad in Argentina, Brazil, and Egypt.
In 2015, Mr. Bagrosky joined the U.S. Department of State as a Presidential Management Fellow, contributing to key bureaus such as the Bureau of Intelligence and Research (INR), Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration (PRM), and the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL).
Most recently, Mr. Bagrosky served as the Assistant Inspector General for Evaluations at DISA, where he led over 35 comprehensive evaluations across the agency, ensuring operational excellence and accountability.
Mr. Bagrosky's extensive expertise in national security, foreign affairs, and oversight has been instrumental in shaping his current role at NDU, where he continues to make significant contributions to the academic and professional community.
