Jairus' background in finance comes from his Bachelor's from Bridgewater College and Master's from University of Arizona and has over 5+ years in the financial services industry and 2+ years in government consultation. Understanding not only private sector, but also public sector process and procedures for financial budgeting and reporting have played a major impact at his role at UC2. Supporting UC2 through budgeting, financial and analytical reporting, and logistical cost allows Jairus to support his team in and outside of the financial field to achieve our mission objectives. In his free time, he enjoys sports, volunteering and coaching, and taking hikes.
