Blair Allan

Academic Engagement Specialist

Blair Allan is a public service–focused professional with a multidisciplinary background in international development, education outreach, and government service. She brings nearly a decade of experience advancing mission-driven programs across the public, nonprofit, and government sectors. Most recently, Blair worked in Saudi Arabia supporting development of the K–12 education system at NEOM, contributing to policy development, communications, admissions strategy, and front office management. Previously, she worked in education outreach and admissions at Whittle School & Studios and held program support roles with Plan International and Chemonics International on USAID-funded initiatives. She also served as a contractor with the U.S. Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division, investigating constitutional violations. Blair currently serves as the Academic Engagement Specialist for the Department of Defense project, the University Consortium for Cybersecurity (UC2) at the National Defense University, supporting strategic engagement, relationship-building, and event coordination. She holds a BA and an MPA from New York University and is passionate about public service, mission-driven work, and future opportunities in defense and federal leadership.
