Lt Col Parker Baum is a member of the military faculty at the National Defense University (NDU) College of Information and Cyberspace (CIC). He teaches national security professionals from the U.S. military, interagency, partners, and allies. His service in the United States Air Force include multiple acquisition assignments across all phases of the acquisition lifecycle. Prior to his current position, Lt Col Baum served at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency as Deputy Chief of Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE).
