Experience:
Prior to Donna's position at the College of Information and Cyberspace, she was Deputy Division Chief, Current Operations Division, Joint Staff/J6, Pentagon. She has held a number of command and control, communications and computer positions at the Joint Staff, Air Staff, major command, numbered air force, group, and squadron levels.
She has commanded twice and had two joint tours. She was born in Tacoma, WA, is a widow and has one daughter, Dana.
