Relevant Professional Experience:
Dr. Fulda has served as Director of the Office of Student Services and
Institutional Research since 2010. He has been with the College of Information and Cyberspace since 2008 developing the Student Information Systems and partnerships with secondary student-oriented software systems. Prior to NDU, Dr. Fulda working with the DoD Education Activity HQ, serving the K-12 military dependents throughout the world as a Student Information Specialist. Prior to coming to the Federal Government, Dr. Fulda served as the Director of Education for a Technical College in his home state of West Virginia.
