Relevant Professional Experience:

Dr. Horn is the Director of the CIC School of Joint Strategic Studies and the former Department Chair for Cyberspace Leadership & Joint Education, and Professor of Cyberspace. Previously, he served more than 24 years in the US Army as an Armor officer and Strategist.  Highlights of his service included assignments in Germany, Korea, the United States Military Academy at West Point, the Pentagon, Kuwait, Iraq, and Afghanistan. He earned a B.S. in History from the United States Military Academy at West Point and his M.A. and Ph.D. in History from the Ohio State University.

Some of the courses he has been involved with teaching include Measuring Organizational Performance (MOP), Strategies for Process Improvement (PRI), Organizational Culture for Strategic Leaders (OCL), Web-Enabled Government (WGV), Information Operations (IOS), Information Warfare (IWS) and the Advanced Management Program (AMP).
