Relevant Professional Experience: 
Dr. Gingrich specializes in organizational innovation and strategy, information technology and transformation, and leadership. She has taught at Georgetown University, The George Washington University, and the University of North Carolina. Before entering the teaching profession, Dr. Gingrich was a Corporate Lending Officer for Bank of America and a Certified Public Accountant for KPMG Peat Marwick.

Scholarship:
Dr. Gingrich frequently presents papers on the topics of transformation, leadership, and organizational innovation and strategy. Her writings have been published in the Defense Intelligence Journal, the National Defense University’s Strategic Forum, and Organizational Behavior and Human Processes.  She is a frequent contributor to Federal Times and to FederalTimes.com IT blogs.
