CyCon U.S. 2017 Program Chairs selected Dr. Jim Chen's paper entitled "Take the Reins of Cyber Deterrence" for publication by IEEE and presentation at the 2017 International Conference on Cyber Conflict U.S. (CyCon U.S.), which will take place on 7-8 Nov 2017 at the Ronald Reagan Building in Washington DC. Professor Chen's presentation is scheduled in the Cyber Policy Paper Track, held from 3:00 PM to 4:15 PM on Tuesday, 7 Nov 2017.
