The Department of Defense (DoD) wide Cyber Professional Military Education (PME) Consortium was established in 2019 and is led by the College of Information and Cyberspace (CIC) at National Defense University (NDU). It meets biannually in a workshop format; once a year hosted at NDU and once a year at a rotating Department of Defense institution of higher learning such as the Cyber and Innovation Policy Institute (CIPI) at the Naval War College and the Air Force Cyber College (AFCC).
