Chancellor Jan Hamby
On Wed, Dec 9, Chancellor Jan Hamby was the featured guest on Federal News Radio's "Women of Washington" show. Jan spoke about her personal success and challenges as a woman rising in the Navy ranks several years ago, and provided today's leaders some sound advice for managing in diverse workplaces. She shared some of the secrets of her success, life lessons, strategies for business, and the importance of the mentor/mentee relationship.
Jan also talked about her current position as the Chancellor of the largest college within the National Defense University, the Information Resources Management College (NDU iCollege).
